Midlife by Design: Curating Your Next Chapter
Hi!
I’m Kiran Singh, Midlife Lifestyle Coach, Author, Podcast Host, founder of Midlife by Design and The Sattva Collective CIC, and the woman who decided to stop waiting for midlife to be over and start designing it instead.
Midlife by Design is a lifestyle philosophy and evolving body of work created for women who are navigating midlife with more intention, more self-trust, and more honest clarity than the world typically encourages us to have.
Midlife isn’t a crisis; it’s a turning point. A quiet, powerful invitation to pause, to tell yourself the truth, and to begin again, not because everything has fallen apart, but because something inside you knows it’s time.
This space exists for the woman who has done everything she was supposed to do, who has been responsible, capable, strong, and who has shown up for everyone and everything. And who is now standing quietly in the middle of her own life, asking:
What now?
Not because her life is falling apart, but because something has shifted, and the version of herself she’s been living no longer fits quite the way it used to.
This space isn’t for quick fixes or perfect plans. It’s for women who are ready to live differently, even if they don’t yet know exactly what that looks like.
“Step into this space where midlife feels less like a crisis, and more like a becoming.”
What you’ll find here
This is not just somewhere to read, it’s somewhere to return to yourself. Through essays, Notes, honest conversations, and gentle guidance, Midlife by Design explores what it really means to live this chapter consciously, across every area of life that shapes how you feel from the inside out:
Your relationships
Some pieces will feel like quiet reflections, the kind that stay with you long after you’ve finished reading. Some will feel uncomfortable like a mirror. And some will offer small, practical ways to begin shifting how your life actually feels, one honest step at a time.
How to move through this space
There is no keeping up here, no pressure to read everything, do everything, or arrive with a plan.
You might read something that lands so deeply it takes your breath away. You might sit with a single question for days. You might make one small change to your routine that quietly changes everything. Or you might simply feel, for the first time in a while, a little less alone in what you’re carrying. Any one of those things is more than enough.

Everything I’ve created for midlife women, in one beautifully curated bundle.
Before you go
You are not behind. You haven’t missed your moment, arrived too late, or somehow got the whole thing wrong. You are not too late to want something more aligned, more spacious, more honest, more true to who you actually are right now, not who you used to be, and not who you thought you’d be by now.
Midlife is not something to get through; it’s something to live, more consciously, more courageously, and more fully than any chapter that came before it.
And if you’re here, reading this, something in you already knows that.
Come in. Stay a while.
Love, Kiran x
